Recently I had the chance to meet and photograph Rochester Author, Mike Powell, also known as“Big Mike”. He has written not one but two books. One is a book of Poetry, “Love & Pain, Feelings of a Man” and the other is a novel titled “R.O.C Hard the Life of a True Hustler”. Through his journey of writing, this brother has a truly amazing story to tell. Here are a few of the images from his shoot.  We wanted a gritty look with dramatic lighting for this shoot. I think we achieved the look we were going for.
